Guimarães 2012 CEC

During 2013 will still be on display, in several spaces of the city, some of the exhibitions that opened in 2012 under the European Capital of Culture.

Between the 21st and the 23rd of December, the city doesn’t stop. From Friday’s 8pm (21st) until Sunday’s 8pm (23rd) our agenda is full. The initiatives programmed under the name “We are part of it! 48 hours of Guimarães 2012” will occupy the city, bringing music, performances and urban interventions to public and private spaces.

Until the end of the year the are still many events scheduled for Fábrica ASA, in South Guimarães. A few minutes from the historic city centre, this old sheets’ factory, reborn under an innovative concept, acquired, during the whole year, a new quotidian, rhythms and inhabitants.

Guimarães 2012 welcomes the program of one of the living symbols of what the city’s cultural politics created, stated, built and projected: between the 8th and the 17th November takes places the 21st edition of GUIMARÃES JAZZ. Check the program here.
